By highlighting mutual respect – which we consider an honor – we commit ourselves to carry out each task in the process with the greatest regularity and consideration for our clients’ needs.

Due to our activity’s complexity, rigorous methodology in carrying out our daily tasks is essential to proper operations.
Striving for excellence, we are dedicated to continuously improving our operating processes through our companies’ ISO certification, developing our teams competencies and permanently exchanging with our partners and clients.

Thanks to its family entrepreneurial spirit, Daron Shipchandler is particularly attached to the respect due to its teams, clients and partners. Our corporate responsability

« The Daron Group decides to anchor its activities and development in a process of sustainability.
Our operations are frequently analyzed and reviewed to have a long-lasting, positive impact on the environment in which we carry them out.
We are committed to building each employee’s awareness of her/his responsibilities by belonging to a responsable group. »

Our CSR policy relies on three main cornerstones :

economic

We are involved in the development of our economic environment through investment in training leading to the professionalization of local competencies.

We support local players and entrepreneurs acting in key sectors of our activities and make all of our working tools available for societal-oriented activities.

social & civic

Aware of the gaps in the systems in which we operate, we are involved in numerous social projects.

Examples of projects receiving our support include rehabilitation of street girls, Rotary charities, as well as training and educational bodies.

Environmental

Firm believers in responsible food programs, we fight against waste: through building clients’ awareness of this issue, training our staff in reducing waste, and charitable giving.

We also invest to make our tools more efficient and less environmentally harmful to reduce our companies’ carbon footprint.
